Sanitaryware is slip-cast, so the clay has to behave the same in every batch: the right casting rate, good release from the mould and enough strength to handle large pieces without cracking.
We grade ball clay for consistency and send a batch lab report with every shipment, so your slip recipe does not have to change when a new lot arrives.
